ZO REPLENISH – TERMS & CONDITIONS
ZO Replenish by Suzanne Haughey Therapies is designed to make maintaining your professionally recommended ZO Skin Health routine simple and convenient.
By joining ZO Replenish, you agree to the following:
Your Replenish saving
ZO Replenish members receive 5% off the current recommended retail price of products included in their active replenishment plan.
Automatic payments
Payment will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method at the agreed replenishment interval for each product. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Replenishment frequency
Your initial replenishment schedule will be based on the expected usage of your products. As everyone’s skincare routine and usage is different, your schedule can be reviewed and adjusted when necessary.
Changes to your skincare regime
Your skin and its needs can change. From time to time, I may recommend reviewing or changing the products within your ZO homecare programme. Please contact me if you’d like to change a product or its replenishment frequency.
Pausing or cancelling
You’re not tied into a minimum-term contract. You may cancel your subscription, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Please contact Suzanne Haughey Therapies if you would like help changing or pausing your replenishment plan.
Price changes
ZO Skin Health may change its recommended retail prices from time to time. If the retail price of a subscribed product changes, your ZO Replenish price may also change. Where appropriate, you will be informed before the new price is applied to a future replenishment.
Product availability
All replenishments are subject to product availability. If a product is temporarily unavailable, discontinued or replaced, you will be contacted and will not knowingly be supplied with an alternative without agreement.
Collection & delivery
Products can be collected from Suzanne Haughey Therapies at no additional charge. Postal delivery can also be arranged and may incur a delivery charge. Where possible, multiple products may be grouped together to reduce unnecessary postage.
Your responsibility
Please let me know if there are any significant changes to your skin, medications, health or circumstances that may affect the suitability of your skincare programme.

“Please request changes at least 5 working days before your next scheduled payment.”
Cancelling your subscription does not affect your ability to purchase ZO Skin Health products from Suzanne Haughey Therapies in the future.
